A case of Filaria with extreme lymphaoedema . This was a well-diagnosed case of Filaria. He was almost fine and one day he called Dr.Ravi that there is a filaria attack. Dr.Ravi was on family vacation at Andaman, but over the phone, Dr.Ravi have said his assistant to change his medication to Rhux Tox0/1.
Dr.Ravi has returned to Lucknow and Joined clinic on 25th, but still, he was not getting the benefit, in fact, condition grew worse.
Dr.Ravi called him to Lucknow office.
He visited me on 27th November and edema was threatening. Skin is about to crack, with some oozing of fluid(lymph).
This time while studying case and history he revealed there is an injury a few days back. A cycle felt over his toes, owing to his impatience, intense inflammation, history of injury and redness of leg, Dr.Ravi have selected Heper Sulph and that has been transmitted with his hair on 27th Nov.

Patient's son happily reported over Whatsapp that there is a definite improvement in swelling and pain. He also has shared few pictures
After 5 Days
On returning from my remote OPD of Balrampur he has visited the clinic on 2nd December with much improvement. No leaking or oozing fluid, the pain was also minimal. Treatment continued.
After 9 Days
There was improvement continued day by day and the patient sent photos and videos over WhatsApp.
The patient was satisfied with the treatment.
After 25 Days
While returning from Balrampur clinic, Patient requested to show at the highway , Dr.Ravi has seen the patient near Barabanki and he was doing very wonderful with the treatment
