A 35 years old patient suffering from long-term chyluria came to consult Dr. Ravi on 10th August 2017 from Siddharthnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Her problem started when she was 6 months pregnant. She noticed a blood clot in urine. She complained of passing white urine daily, sometimes accompanied by blood clots, white thin clots or thick clots. She felt weak from the inside and she could not tolerate the sharp smell. Dr. Ravi studied her case and started the treatment process.

After 1 Month and 11 Days

On-call follow-up on 20th September 2017: She reported a decrease in the occurrence of chyle in urine. She mentioned that before the treatment, the chyle would occur in the urine at least 3 to 4 times a day but post the treatment, it would only occur once in a day. She also reported a decrease in the quantity of chyle discharge. However, she was still feeling weak. There was no improvement in the color, it was white as earlier. The doctor suggested her to avoid oily food. She was worried as she couldn’t take care of her kids due to her current condition. The doctor gave her hope and reassured that she would be totally fine if she continued the treatment process.

After 6 Months and 22 Days

On-call follow-up on 28th Feb 2018: She told the doctor that her condition was stable. There was no recurrence of chyle and blood clots. She also mentioned that due to extreme pain, she had to go to her parent's place. The pain was in the right abdominal area. She consulted a doctor and he suggested her ultrasound. The reports revealed the presence of a small right ovarian cyst. She started taking medications prescribed by that doctor. She was very tensed, Dr. Ravi suggested her to avoid stress. He reassured that she would be totally fine. He asked her to send him the ultrasound reports. So that he could make the required changes.

After 8 Months and 2 Days

On-call follow-up on 9th April 2018; she considered many treatments and consulted many doctors for her ovarian cyst but in vain. There was no improvement in her condition. The cyst persisted. Although there was an improvement in chyluria. The incidences lowered but she was worried about the cyst. The doctor advised her to forget all the worries and assured her that she would be totally fine. The doctor asked her to meet him so that he could start the treatment.
