This patient visited Dr. Ravi's clinic on 12th May 2014 for his complaints of chronic constipation and piles. He was suffering from constipation for about 4-5 years before visiting Dr. Ravi. He was highly depressed due to family responsibilities and stomach problems he was going through. His confidence level was low, and the outcome of the long-standing constipation was piles . He was suffering from piles for two years. He used to get constipation 2-3 times a week, and after the episode of constipation, his piles increase. He used to bleed before, during, and after passing motions. He would get a burning sensation in anus after passing stools. He go through pain for almost 24 hrs after bleeding due to piles. When he came for follow up on 9th June 2014, he was looking happy. He reported relief in his stomach problem. He also noticed improvement in his confidence level. Previously, his confidence level was always low but now he is confident in most of the situations. His constipation was also improved. Dr. Ravi suggested to continue treatment for better recovery.

When he came for follow up on 13th July 2014, he reported improvement in his condition. He got relief from constipation. There was not hard and unsatisfactory stools as before.
