Chyluria is a lymphatic flow disorder. Chyluria is a rare condition in which lymphatic fluid leaks into the kidneys and turns the urine milky white. It is most commonly associated with the parasitic infection Wuchereria Bancrofti, but can also have non-infectious causes. Any factor which leads to obstruction of the lymphatic channel may result in milky urine disease
This group of diseases is characterized by the abnormal circulation of lymph fluid. Lymph vessels carry lymph fluid to veins, where it returns to the bloodstream. The fluid plays a crucial role in immune function and fat and protein transport.
When something disrupts or damages normal lymphatic flow, it can cause leakage of lymphatic fluid into the kidneys.
So far treatment in allopathy is Hetrzan or Diethylcarbamazine, but in most patients, it has not a marked or long-lasting effect. Surgical intervention is done after the failure of anti-filarial drugs which include obliteration of lymphatic channel at Kidney though endoscopic betadine installation.
This is the story of a patient who suffers from chyluria since last 6 months when visited Lucknow. He has been to SGPGI of Lucknow where Drs have suggested for treatment for one year and if the conservative treatment will not work they will plan for surgery. ( Betadine instillation at Kidney). Patient started treatment at SGPGI but in 4-5 months he didn't get the slightest relief. He was very depressed about the disease and its outcome. Anyhow he finds Dr.Ravi clinic on the internet and approached him at Lucknow clinic. He has assured him as Dr.Ravi has vast experience in the treatment of chyluria with homeopathy. The patient has been called for regular followup from the clinic ( in last few months he was not receiving a call and that is very natural as the patient was getting ok)

not gaining wt...presently 69kgs wt. ht. 5 feet 11 inches.

Patient's hair has been detached on 14 Feb after course period of clinic ended. Patient has been called over Whatsapp and the has reported that he is doing absolutely fine, there is no chyle in the urine.
