Disease : Chronic-Pre Auricular Sinus

A sinus has one open draining end and the channel ends in a blind ending whereas in fistula is an abnormal channel leading between two cavities or surfaces which may drain a fluid material such as saliva or pus.
Preauricular sinuses( mistakenly called as a pre-auricular fistula) occur commonly in children; they are congenital anomalies resulting from faulty resorption of the first and second branchial arch hillocks. They are asymptomatic unless infected (uncommon) by Staphylococcus aureus and less commonly by Streptococcus and Proteus when they become red, sore and may discharge pus.
PAS is notorious for its troublesome and recurrent infective episodes, even after its surgical excision. Symptomatic PAS warrants surgical excision aiming at complete extirpation of squamous lined deep branching ramification of the sinus.
Homeopathy offers wonderful treatment for such deep-seated syphilitic disorders. In homeopathy treatment is always symptomatic and constitutional according to symptoms of patients.

After 1 Month and 5 Days
He has reported that since the start of treatment he never felt any discharge from the sinus
After 1 Month and 18 Days
The patient was doing very fine with treatment and he reported wound has dried up and no pus or fluid discharge has been observed in last 2 months. Treatment continued for one month and he informed over phone doing good and left the treatment.
After 11 Months and 18 Days
After about a years he again came to the clinic of Dr. Ravi reporting swelling and much pain at preauricular sinus. He seemed too much worried about the condition and was waiting for the turn of Dr.ravi's Balrampur clinic every Friday Saturday. He has been assured and treatment process has again been started with the increased power of medicine transmission through hair.
After 1 Year and 11 Days
At the next followup up on 05/10/2012 Kamrudding reported at Balrampur clinic healing was perfect and there is no pus or fluid oozing from sinus. Wound healing started from the day of transmission. He continued treatment for one month and then left treatment without telling the physician.
After 3 Years , 7 Months and 24 Days
After about 3 years Kamruding again visited at Dr. Rarvi clinic for upper respiratory tract infection. His condition of pre auricular sinus has been recorded. In the last 3 years, he never had any recurrence of a complaint. His treatment for Upper respiratory complaints continued for one month.
