Fakhrunnisha came to consult Dr. Ravi at his Balrampur clinic on 25th July 2015. She was suffering from hair pulling disorder called Trichotillomania (TTM). This habit of plucking hair developed over the time of 2 years. She told that she is totally unaware when she starts plucking her hairs. Her mother told that her hairs were very good, strong and voluminous but this bad habit of pulling hairs resulted visible scalp. Her marriage was fixed and this troubling disease was the reason of tension in her family. There is no problem when she is busy or doing something but whenever she is alone she start to pluck her hairs. She wants to get rid of this habit.
