Santra Moupritri from Sharjah was suffering from prurigo nodularis. Prurigo nodularis (PN) is a skin disease that causes hard, itchy lumps (nodules) to form on the skin. She was having this disease from quite long. She consulted many dermatologist but there was no improvement seen. While searching about the disease and its cure on the internet she got to know about Dr. Ravi and successful treatment of this disease by his homeopathic treatment. She consulted him online on 10th February 2017 and sent some photographs. She reported intense itching (pruritus) sometimes it's so intense that she scratch to the point of bleeding or pain. The itching is worsened by heat, sweating, or irritation from clothing. Dr. Ravi analyzed her case in totality and started her treatment process.
After 1 Month and 16 Days
On 28th March 2017 she sent some photographs and video to show his condition. The PN started drying. She reported relief in itching and pain. Initially, nodules were frequently increasing but now there were only few new nodules seen. Dr. Ravi suggested to continue treatment process.
After 1 Month and 28 Days
In her online follow up on 9th April 2017, she reported that PN was frequently spreading. The skin was dry and swelling was seen. Although, there was improvement seen but still there was recurrence seen. She reported pain and itching in prurigo. Dr. Ravi made changes in the treatment as per the feedback.
After 2 Months and 12 Days
In her online follow up on 23rd April 2017, she reported that PN was aggravating. It was frequently spreading. She reported itching and intense pain. The prurigo was bursting after growing and water was coming out of it. She was in pain. Dr. Ravi assured her that with continuous treatment she will get relief. Dr. Ravi made changes in her treatment process as per the feedback.
After 3 Months and 3 Days
In her online follow up on 14th May 2017, she told that 2 to 3 new PN were daily popping. The redness & inflammation was reduced. She reported pain. Although, her prurigo started drying but still she was facing pain. Dr. Ravi suggested to have patience and continue treatment process for complete cure.
After 3 Months and 27 Days
In her online follow up on 7th June 2017, there was relief in her redness and inflammation but she reported pain. Her prurigo nodules started drying. Dr. Ravi suggested her to have patience and continue treatment process.
After 5 Months and 16 Days
In her online follow up on 26th July 2017, there were small boils seen around the big one. The old one were drying but recurrence was seen. She reported itching & pain. There were blood and watery discharge seen. Dr. Ravi made changes in treatment process as per the patient feedback.
After 7 Months and 7 Days
She continued treatment and were sending photographs to show her recovery. In her online follow up on 15th September 2017, she reported improvement. Her prurigo nodules were 50% subsided and she reported relief in itching and pain. Looking at the improvement she believes that she will be cured with continuous treatment.
After 9 Months and 4 Days
To attend a conference, Dr. Ravi visited Dubai and Santra Moupriti came for face to face follow up on 11th November 2017. She reported relief in pain and itching. Most of her prurigo nodules were suppressed. Dr. Ravi suggested her to continue treatment for complete cure.
After 12 Months
In her online follow up on 5th February 2018, she reported relief in her existing prurigo nodularis. There were new nodules seen, she reported pain in it. Although, her prurigo nodules were subsiding but still recurrence was seen. Her condition was improving day by day. She continued treatment for better recovery.
After 1 Year , 2 Months and 1 Days
After continued treatment and continuous online follow up she came to India and visited Dr. Ravi clinic on 12th April 2018, there was a lot of improvement seen. She reported that there is still itching involved. Although her prurigo nodules were suppressed but sometimes there is swelling and urge to itch is involved. Dr. Ravi suggested to continue treatment for better recovery.
After 1 Year , 4 Months and 3 Days
In her online follow up on 13th June 2018, she was not getting relief in itching. She can’t control the itching and this result into bleeding. Most of her eruptions subsided but still there was recurrence seen. Dr. Ravi suggested her to have patience and continue treatment.
After 1 Year , 11 Months and 1 Days
She sent video on 7th January 2019, her prurigo nodularis were dried. She reported 2 or 3 new nodules and there was pain in it. She was much better than her initial condition. Dr. Ravi made changes in her treatment process for complete cure.
After 2 Years , 4 Months and 23 Days
She continued treatment and sent some photographs on 3rd July 2019, her prurigo nodules were completely subsided. There were no recurrence seen. She reported relief in pain and itching. She was thankful to Dr. Ravi for helping her to get rid of painful state. She is under treatment and believes that she will be completely cure with Dr. Ravi treatment process.

Update for moupriti
1) bich bich me bahut gussa aa raha hai, andar andar me tension ho raha hai. nind bahut disturbed hai.
2) Potty quality ekdom kharap ekdom liquid jaisa ho raha hai. Wind ke sath potty ho raha hai. Smell bahut khatta hai. Roj 2-3 bar Jana par raha hai, khana khane ke baad turant potty Jana par raha hai.
3) face me bahut prurigo nikla hai. Skin dry ho raha hai lekin prurigo sukh nehin raha hai..
4) hair fall limited hai

After 3 Years , 9 Months and 13 Days
Pet ka bahut problem hai.. gas nahut ho raha hai, gas se back me pain ho raha hai, potty quality liquid and kharab hai. Aidity v ho raha hai.. parsu nind thik thak nehin hua tha lekin kaal nind hua..
Skin me problem hai.. last do din se dono eye ka niche jawlan ho raha tha aaj toh dono eye ka niche pura red ho geya hai.. rash nikal geya ha .. nahu jawalan ho raha hai.. eye ka niche sukhna chhaihie,, jwada dry nehin hona chahie

Nind bilkul nehin ho Raha hai. Nind bahut paatla hai Thoda sa aaoaj me v nind tut Raha hai Raat ko sone ke time pe kaanpkanpi ho Raha hai pehla jaisa .. no change in this during this period same condition although we didn't complain u and waited to act medicine but no result
Acidity bahut ho Raha hai, hazam nehin ho Raha hai gas se right haat me pain ho Raha hai back me v bahut pain ho ho Raha hai gas ke lie lekin wind pass nehin ho Raha hai ... Here also no change absolutely sane as last time
