Seborrheic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory disorder affecting areas of the head and trunk where sebaceous glands (oil-producing glands) are most prominent. Our skin contains two types of glands Sebaceous gland, which secretes sebum or oil which has two main functions; to make skin lubrication and to make it waterproof. The other is the Sweat gland which is meant for temperature regulation. When there is excess sebum production due to overactivity of the gland, it blocks the skin pores, and subsequent inflammation of the skin hence is the name SEBORRHOEIC DERMATITIS.
Superadded infection or melasma fungus makes the condition worse. There are many or one of the factors like genetic, environmental and general health factors, contribute to this disorder. One of the characteristics of seborrheic dermatitis is dandruff, characterized by a fine, powdery white scale on the scalp. Many of our patients complain of the scalp itching with dandruff, and because they think that the scale arises from dry skin, they decrease the frequency of shampooing, which allows further scale accumulation. Inflammation then occurs and their symptoms worsen.
To our experience, mental stress is the cause and aggravating factor in almost all cases. The stress about the disease or due to cosmetic problem add fuel in the fire.
Scalp seborrhea varies from mild dandruff to dense, diffuse, adherent scale. The powdery or greasy scale characterizes facial and trunk seborrhea in skin folds ( like nasolabial fold, behind and inside ear pinna), at eyebrows and along hair margins. Sometimes patients may present with the issue of severe hair fall. Allopathic medication includes antifungal drugs and topical application of Ketakonazol, but long term results are not promising.
This young man visited my clinic at Lucknow on 30th Sep 2018, from Agra (Uttar Pradesh). He was very depressed when he came to me and was nearly hopeless due to disease. He was also suffering from Stammering, and that has also been treated well by Dr Ravi Singh. . He came with complaints of scaly, and itchy rash on the skin along with hair loss. He was suffering from this ugly disease for more than two years, and he also reported flaking of the skin and itching at the scalp. He feels itching in these eruptions over the scalp, and when scratched, there is waxy discharge from these eruptions. He complained of oily skin, and there was stubborn dandruff. He has to shampoo his hair daily to avoid problems related to the scalp, but still, there was no effect. He consulted many doctors, gone through many medication and treatments, but there were no significant results seen in his condition. He came to know about Dr Ravi and consulted him. After a thorough case study and examination, Dr Ravi diagnosed his problem as a case of seborrhoeic dermatitis and started treatment for it with the method of MEDICINE TRANSMISSION THROUGH HAIR at the clinic.
After 16 Days
Have noticed change scaling is less, motion clear pitting of nails with roughness scalp getting oily soon BP: 110/60, Getting better response.
After 1 Month and 13 Days
Constipation from last 10 days and some dandruff on hair line. Scaling was better till last week. Last week taken food some where out side that caused constipation. Due to it eructations have started. Now constipation is under control but little scaling has started. Feeling much thirsty.
After 2 Months and 25 Days

Much improvement , since one week constipation, pet mein gud gud , har baar pet mein hi koi dikkat hoti hai to problem shuru ho jaati hai. Scalp condition much improved, jabse pet gadbad hua hai usmein bhi dikkat, hair fall again after gastric disturbance. Overall relief lagta hai

Anything prepared from Maida increases the trouble, like maida..Flakes are less but still there, scalp is still rough crust now white from yellow
Itching less. Patient complained condition not good from last some time , hair fall problem also increased.Constipation and flatulency sometimes dermatitis increase x 8 days exam time me badh rah hai last time b exams me hi badha tha, hairfall - badh gya hai. Less powdery dep..more hf in morning..but doing better than before, hard scaling in front hairline...and towards left.
After 8 Months and 21 Days

The patient visited at the clinic and he has narrated with following to our team member----
Hair fall slight improved secretion on scalp -much decreased than before only after 3 - 4 hrs of wash itching - slight decreased than before

Current condition of Sebberoic Dermatitis, Subtil difference found in this case till now, hair fall problem remain still. As he is suffering from this hair fall problem since 4 - 5 years and now he is losing 20 to 30 hairs daily and this number decrease whenever he does shampoo. He was really concerned and worried of this hair fall problem . He thinks that if this problem continued than in no time he will be bald. He also complained of dandruff, crust formation and flakes at the scalp.

Now he remove his hairs to show the problem, He complained there was stubborn dandruff. He have to shampoo his hair daily to avoid problems related to scalp but still there was no effect. Current condition of sebberoic dermatitis, Subtil difference found in this case, hair fall problem remain still.

He underwent excellent recovery in his seborhoeic Dermatitis Condition. He is almost cure. He further added only sometimes he feels some powder at the scalp.
Seborrhoea at the other body parts and genitals got cured.
