Here is the story of a policeman suffering from Chyluria for eight months. Initially, there was foam in the urine, and occasional white uring was there. Whenever he was taking fat, then chyle appeared in the urine. He reported there were weakness and loss of weight, and that was the cause of worry.
Chyluria or chylous urine is a condition with the presence of chyle in the urine, which results in milky urine. It's due to communication between the lymphatic and urinary system. Chyle is a body fluid within the lymphatic vessels, which conveys the digested fat from the small intestine to the blood. Chyle consists of the lymph and lipid particles called chylomicrons, which are composed of fats and proteins.
Chyluria can be a debilitating condition that can have an intermittent (waxing and waning) and recurrent course. The main symptom is thick, milky, and possibly foamy urine. Cause of foam in the urine is the protein leak which makes an emulsified solution
There can be other symptoms and signs. These include frequent and burning urination (dysuria), passing fat or blood clots, pinky or red urine due to the blood (hematuria), kidney pain, weakness, weight loss, fever and swelling of the legs or scrotum (hydrocele). Chyluria, by itself, is not life-threatening.

When his condition become worse in the lockdown condition of country, he visited an excellent Urologist, and he explained there is a fistula at the kidney and deposition of fat at the kidney. He suggested that treatment will be long-lasting, and there may be a frequent recurrence of the condition. Then he withdraws Hetrazan, and again urine becomes milky. Now the patient got worried that despite a strict diet, he is getting trouble. He was carrying a urine sample. Other patients at the clinic of similar diseases suggested that he may need minor or major surgery or Betadine instillation in the long run.
Morning urine was milkier.
After 4 Days
The followup of the patient was taken over the Whatsapp call as in COVID 19
the condition we don’t advise patients for a physical visit at the clinic.
He told us that he was much worried about the disease condition and ill health
He told from the day of the start of treatment with medicine transmission through hair Chyle never appeared in the urine.

After 1 Month and 9 Days
The patient called and reported at the clinic, that froth is coming in the urine. Dr Ravi advised that it is due to mild proteinuria. He also reported that there is chyle leak in the urine. Has been called at the clinic for face to face follow up.
After 2 Months and 11 Days
The patient visited at the clinic, he reported there is no chyle appeared in the urine. But he complained some times there is froth in the urine. Dr.Ravi told this may be due to protein leak, and that is a part of chyluria disease.
He told us that weakness is now much better.
His digestion is also excellent and improved.
He is self-testing urine for the protein leak. He said he is now not losing the weight. He admitted from the next day of his start of treatment by medicine transmission through hair; chyle disappeared from urine.
He also enquired about the cause of the disease, and Dr.Ravi explained his possible mechanism of the disease. Dr.Ravi also explained to him about the difference between a disease condition Spermatorrhea (DHATU AANA) and Chyluria.
