Chyluria or chylous urine is a condition with the presence
of chyle in the urine, which results in milky urine. It's due to communication between the lymphatic and urinary system. Chyle is a body fluid within the lymphatic vessels, which conveys the digested fat from the small intestine to the blood. Chyle consists of the lymph and lipid particles called chylomicrons, which are composed of fats and proteins.
Chyluria can be a debilitating condition that can have an intermittent (waxing and waning) and recurrent course. The main symptom is thick, milky, and possibly foamy urine. Cause of foam in the urine is the protein leak which makes an emulsified solution. Urine may have ammonia like smell due to protein leak which decomposes and gives a stringy odour.
There can be other symptoms and signs. These include frequent and burning urination (dysuria), passing fat or blood clots, pinky or red urine due to the blood (hematuria), kidney pain, weakness, weight loss, fever and swelling of the legs or scrotum (hydrocele). Chyluria, by itself, is not life-threatening.

Here is the story of a patient from Kuwait. He suffered from Chyluria and got in touch with Dr Ravi since Sep 2017, but didn't opt the treatment. He is an Indian working at MNC. He suffered from Chyluria condition for four years and one day in March 2018 he again got to know about the Dr.Ravi and booked a curability consultation. Dr.Ravi told about the online treatment procedure, including medicine transmission through the hair, but he was not convinced. At initial 15 days of treatment, he didn't receive an expected response, but later he made a gradual recovery.

On 5th October Dr.Ravi, himself took the followup of the patient over the Skype call. He narrated that when the treatment started, he didn't get any change in the first 15 days, but then gradually, improvement started. His colour of urine becomes less and less milky, and clots disappeared. He also shared the picture of the urine sample. After 5 Months and 18 Days
On 6th Jan 2021 Dr Ravi talked with the patient on skype, he admitted that his chronic trouble of chyle goes cured by our treatment. His urine is clear. He wishes to start the treatment of his daughter who is suffering from PCOD trouble.
