I feel fortunate to cure so-called surgical disease with classical homoeopathy and medicine transmission through the hair method.
Such patients found themselves helpless when ENT surgeons told them that endoscopic nasal repair is the only option for this disease.
It often created anxiety in the patient's mind and family members for the leading member's brain surgery.
A constable from Bihar police suffered from unilateral discharge from the brain fluid through the nose.
He first consulted me over the phone from Patna on 25 March 2020 , just two days after lockdown.
Medical services were limited, and he was facing a fluid leak for one month from the left nostril.
Drs at Patna diagnosed his condition as CSF RHINORRHEA AND SUGGESTED FOR SURGERY ( before lockdown)
I assured him that homoeopathy would help him snd advised him to follow aseptic precautions as chances of ascending bacterial infection leading to meningitis is not uncommon.
After detailed case taking, I have prescribed Oral medicine Calc Carb 30 as postal services were also barred in those months.
Later, when Indian Speed post services resumed, he sent us the hair.
I HAVE advised him to go for CT *CISTERNOGRAPHY, a diagnostic test for Csf leak, which revealed a 7#4 mm dehiscence in the left side of the cribriform plate ( report attached)
Initially few months, he was not getting a response with Calc Carb , Nat mur and Silicea transmission until I have chosen Staphysagria as his constitutional medicine, which latter proved effective.
Today on 22 March 2021, I called him, and he told me that in the last two months, not a single drop of CSF LEAKED.
After 1 Month and 10 Days
As per our advise he underwent a specific test to locate the site of the defect.
The CT cisternography revealed a 7x4 mm dehiscence of the cribriform plate at the left side with leakage of the CSF fluid through the ethmoid sinus, representing CSF Rhinorrhea.
Kindly also note that CT PLAINE is seldom diagnostic of CSF rhinorrhea and this case is classic example as it showed no defect at the base of the skull
After 3 Months and 6 Days
He reported over the phone at our regular followup call with following

Dr Ravi talked with the patient over a Whatsapp video call to know his well being. He reported that he is 20-30 % better in his condition of CSf leak after our treatment. His headache is not troubling him much now.
He further said before the treatment discharge from the nose was continuous irrespective of the position of the head. Now discharge is seen only while stooping of the head. While the video calls there appeared a few drops from the nose.
He said that whenever there are mental anxiety and tension the drop is appearing more. He was advised to keep calm and stay away from anxiety.
After 11 Months and 29 Days
We have talked with the patient with a Whatsapp video. He is very happy with the treatment outcome. He happily reported that for the last two months he has observed not a single drop of CSF from the nose. He further added that initially, he was feeling some wet sensation inside the nostril which is now not present.
His treatment continued with the same medicine transmission.

Today on 14 Aug 2021 Dr Ravi talked with the patient over a zoom call
He happily reported that he didn’t experienced any csf leak in last 6-8 months.

After 2 Years , 2 Months and 23 Days
On 19th June 2022, the patient talked with Dr Ravi over the zoom call. He reported no CSF leak for months and wished to stop the treatment. His treatment paused by detaching the hair from the vial and washing it.
He got advised for a follow-up CT cisternography report. He admired the method of medicine transmission through hair and referred many patients these years. His wife is also under our treatment for migraine.
The best homoeopathic treatment is that if the trouble got cured, it never reappeared. Even though we encountered many patients who underwent endoscopic nasal leak repair, the problem re-occurred. Homoeopathy treats these diseases in a gentle., harmless manner without surgery.
