Here is a case of CSF rhinorrhea from Shimla. After observing CSF leak for many months, she reached at Panchkula for diagnosis and treatment,

There is a presence of enlarged ballooned sella
with meningeal herniation
and thinned
out eroded floor of sella measuring 3x 2.3x2.6 cms (AP X TRxCC) size. Pituitary stalk
and pituitary are posteriorly displaced and compressed by the meningocele. Bilateral

are seen separately from the

She got cured of her condition of CSF rhinorrhea; for many months, she didn't observe any CSF leak. Dr Ravi advised her to undergo CT cisternography for lab confirmation of the state. Although symptomatically, she is free from the disease.
