Let us share a case of Seborrhoeic Dermatitis and Hyperhidrosis. This young patient started experiencing wet dandruff and oil over the face and scalp. He suffered from Sd for four years.
he applied Ketakonazoal. He was even taking steroids. He took medicine for three months and was feeling sleepy throughout the day. That was causing a lag in his studies. He got puzzled and was in a state of despair.
He updated that he also gets waxy material in the ears. He said sometimes wet eruptions ooze at the scalp. The discharges were yellow sebum and offensive.
He also suffered from another so-called incurable dermatological disorder, Hyperhidrosis. He was unable to write exams without difficulty. His text sheet becomes wet, and his pen slips while writing.
