Habeeba Sohrab from Shankar Nagar came to consult Dr. Ravi with the problem of irregularity in menses and extreme pain in the abdomen area. On being asked how it all started, she mentioned that it started 8 months back. She felt pain during menses. She thought it was normal. Later, she complained of pain on the side of the stomach. It was a severe pinching pain. The pain would arise on side of stomach, sometimes left side and sometimes the right side. When the pain got unbearable, she consulted a nearby gynecologist who suggested her to undergo sonography. The reports revealed the presence of a complex ovarian cyst measuring 44*45 mm in the left ovary. She was really worried. Her parents got to know about Dr. Ravi and came to him with the hope of recovery. Dr. Ravi went through the case and started the treatment process.
