Initial Diagnosis:
The patient was examined by an ENT surgeon and underwent an MR cisternography with contrast, which confirmed the clinical diagnosis. The report revealed two osseo-dural defects along the posterior wall of the lateral recess of the right sphenoid sinus, measuring approximately 3.1 mm and 2.4 mm, with small herniations of brain parenchyma measuring about 5 mm at both sites. The right sphenoid sinus and its lateral recess were filled with fluid revealing an isointense signal to CSF.
Conventional Treatment Advice:
The patient was advised to undergo endoscopic surgery. Due to the fear of brain surgery, her daughter, an MBBS doctor, began searching for alternative therapies.
Consultation and Treatment Initiation:

Dr Ravi talked with the patient's husband over the phone. He updated that CSf leak stopped. She is much better. For last 12-13 days there was no CSF leak. We advised to continue the treatment, but patient denied to continue.
