Case Study: Successful Treatment of Blepharospasm through Homeopathy
Patient Background:
A veterinary doctor from Hassan, Karnataka, started experiencing frequent and uncontrollable blinking of his eyes, a condition that severely impacted his professional life. The difficulty in writing prescriptions and performing his duties led him to consult a nearby eye surgeon, who misdiagnosed his condition as dry eyes. Like many others with Blepharospasm, he was initially treated with lubricating eye drops, which proved ineffective.
Treatment Journey:
Frustrated with the lack of improvement, he consulted an Ayurvedic physician who correctly diagnosed him with Blepharospasm but the prescribed medication didn't help. As his condition worsened, he began searching online for alternative solutions and discovered several cases successfully treated by Dr. Ravi.
He booked an online consultation and during a Zoom call, he expressed his helplessness. The condition not only affected his career but also made it impossible for him to drive. Though he was suggested botox injections, he knew they would provide only temporary relief. Initiation of Treatment:
The patient agreed to the treatment and sent his hair by speed post. A detailed case history was taken over the phone by Assistant Dr. Abhijeet Dhawan. Treatment commenced by inserting his hair into a vial containing Calcarea Carb 0/1 on May 23, 2024.

Dr Ravi talked with the patient over the zoom call on 5th July 2024. He updated us that his right eye is 30 % better and left eye is 70-80 % better. He also feels better if eyes remains closed.
After 2 Months and 3 Days
Dr Ravi talked with the patient on 25th July 2024 over the Zoom call. His spasmodic condition got almost cured. There is no frequent blinking in the eyes. Now he can do his work and can drive the car without any difficulty. The only problem that remains is that he feels drowsy sometimes. He is happy with the treatment outcome of a so-called incurable disease.
After 3 Months and 16 Days
Dr Ravi talked with patient over the zoom call on 6th Sep 2024. He is better in the condition of Blepharospasm. He further reported that he has no problem if looking downwards, but when he try to look upwards there is some difficulty. He also mentioned that some times he feel blinking while face to face conversation. In the video call Blepharospasm was not observed. We increased the power in the transmission set.
After 5 Months and 19 Days
Dr Ravi talked with patient over the zoom call on 8th Nov 2024. e is better in the condition of Blepharospasm. He said left eye is 100 % better, but he is still facing problem in right eye. He said he can open only 20 % of the right eye.
After 10 Months and 17 Days
Dr Ravi talked with patient over the zoom call on 5th April 2025. He got almost cured for his prolonged eye blinking or spasm trouble. He is now driving car without any trouble. Treatment continued.
