We take utmost care to satisfy each of our patient’s needs, but in case a patient is dissatisfied or requests a refund due to any reason, such requests will be considered from a case to case basis.

A patient is requested to opt our treatment only after making their mind. We are not offering any treatment on basis of trial, Kindly make payment only after getting satisfied with our mode of treatment.

A full refund can be given to all national and International patients if they have made payment but their case has not been processed.

In case their case has been processed but treatment has not been started we will refund treatment fee, deducting amount of Deep Case taking fee.

ORDER PROCESSING: After Your Treatment request we will evaluate your case in detail and may cross check the information provided by you via email, chat, skype session. As our primary mode of treatment is Medicine transmission through hair, so patient need not to bother receive prescription hard copy in case of online treatment. At clinic visit every patient received their written prescription for record. In few rare case when one opt for oral medication, patient can receive prescription via email or by post. We don't send any medicine from our centre. Oral medication can be purchased from local homeopathic store at nominal cost or can be ordered from online homeopathic pharmacies.
